Danny was incredible from start to finish on our home buyer experience. He listened to our laundry list of home accommodations and created a portal, sending daily properties that hit the market or had an adjustment in price. We’ve been searching for a home for many years and worked with multiple realtors. We happened to meet Dan when our then-current realtor was unavailable to show us a house (in this market you have to be quick). We called over 8 realtors and Dan was the only one willing to meet us for a showing even though we were working with another realtor. But we were impressed! Dan walked through the home as if he were purchasing it for himself. That house wasn’t the one, but from there on, Dan was always responsive and immediately available to show any house. He found our dream home before it hit the market. Dan went over and beyond and was by our side through the entire home buying process. He reviewed loan documents with us, was excellent with the negotiation process, and called contractors out who offered amazing prices.

Dan is truly the best realtor out there. He is a genuinely kind person who cares about his clients and wants them to be happy with their decision. He helped us during a new build and really gave us some good advice on things to think about and not just be distracted by the pretty staging of the model homes to make sure we were making the right decision. For example, he took us around to look at other new build homes to compare them to the homes we were looking to build which is something I would have never thought of. He helped us through the whole process from negotiating the contract to closing. He is a dedicated advocate for his clients and has a calm and confident demeanor that puts everyone at ease during stressful conversations. He is simply the best!

I was referred to Dan by a friend and was purchasing my first home. In every house we visited he looked for things I wouldn’t think of looking for, I was primarily looking for the functionality of it and he would be checking dates on the HVAC system and looking at the structure of the home. He was very realistic about the current market and gave advice on what a reasonable offer would be. We ended up putting in 5 offers overall before we were finally able to close on a home (for under asking with many credits). He responded quickly to my many questions and was very educated on the house buying process from his side of things and what to expect with the inspection, contractors, and mortgage process. Since we’re remodeling our house, he told us if we need references for professionals for most jobs, he knows someone. Extremely helpful before, during, and after the home buying process.

Danny did a wonderful job helping us to sell our home and purchase a new home. Danny was extremely professional and prepared and came with comps of the surrounding area and ideas on how to best showcase our home. We got well over asking and our house was the highest selling 2-bedroom home in a half mile radius since 1/1/20. As we looked for a new home, Danny was extremely patient and was quick to get appointments set up.
