Danny was my agent for my first home purchase. He was very knowledgable about every single step in the home buying process and answered virtually all my questions as they popped up. I liked his upfront honesty and valued that about him.

Danny was always responsive to all of my requests and sent out all correspondence quickly and efficiently to all the other parties involved so the closing went smoothly. He is definitely someone who treats you like a priority throughout the entire process.

For those who are looking for an honest and skilled real estate agent, I would highly recommend Danny! You will be in safe hands.

There are realtors who are transactional who focus on their own cuts as a primary motivation. And then there are realtors for life who operate on behalf of clients as though it’s their own family for whom they’re buying a home.

Danny Lee is in the latter category - he is a realtor for life. And after the job he did for us, we absolutely consider him a part of our family.

My wife and I just purchased our first home for ourselves and our two little ones a few months ago in northern Virginia. It was a daunting and intimidating process that was made incredibly seamless by Danny’s expertise, professionalism, honest feedback, excellent communication, and dedication. In short, Danny was the perfect realtor.

Danny was dogged in his pursuit of getting us the best possible deal - he is a master negotiator in his own understated but assertive way. This manifested time and again as he was able to help negotiate the price down while gaining us buyer’s benefits and advantages.

He was also detail-oriented as he went through legal documents and contracts with a fine-tooth comb. For example, we had an escalation clause that was never triggered; however, due to a mistake by the seller, the increased amount was reflected in the final sale price. Danny caught this mistake and saved us five thousand dollars.

Danny was also incredibly responsive. How he managed to respond in such timely fashion to our endless queries is a mystery given he is a VERY in-demand realtor and has a family himself. He was always available to answer questions and, even more impressive, physically go to a property to inspect it at our behest. He did this countless times over the course of months - it was a game changer given we purchased this property while living a few hours away. Danny would go to prospective properties and create short videos with his candid analysis, even if that candid analysis meant we were dissuaded from buying and the laborious search continued.

The above amazing qualities and traits aside, what sets Danny apart from the most successful realtors is his personal touch and steadfast commitment in seeing deals and closings all the way through to the end. By the time we signed the closing papers, his presence was not required. But there he was on the day of signing to ensure everything went smoothly and to congratulate us with a very generous gift. He drove over an hour and a half to be there for us.

I could go on and on, but for sake of brevity, I’ll just say that all we feel toward Danny is gratitude. You would be crazy not to hire him. And by the end, I’m confident you’ll feel the same way - he’s a realtor for life and now a part of your family.

Danny was always on the ball and very responsive where I was in the loop every step of the way.
