When you choose someone to sell your home for you, that person will have access to your home. Would you trust that level of access to someone who is selling their first home? I value your time
Time is valuable and nobody wants to be shuffling things around last minute. We all have busy lives so I make a point to always be on schedule and on time. I also understand that sometimes the only time available to connect may be late into the evenings. I don't have office hours for my clients. If 11pm is the only time you had available to reach out, I'll have the time for you.
I work hard for you
I don't sleep. I have had offers accepted for buyers at 11:45pm because we had to make an agreement before the end of the day.
I work while I'm on vacation. My wife and I took our family to Costa Rica for a trip and a client of mine found a house that they really wanted to see. I setup a showing for them with another agent on my team and wrote the offer for them later that day. That same night my clients and I were sharing a glass of wine over facetime celebrating an accepted offer.
