Daniel Skahen

Dan started at Preferred Properties CRI in February of 1995, just as the company opened. Dan began at Preferred Properties CRI as the property manager and was instrumental in growing the management division of the company from three homes to over 150 today. Dan became a top producing sales associate as well as a sought-after property manager. Dan and his partner have been foster parents to dozens of children over the years and are the proud parents of Alex and Joseph. Dan is the past President of the Key West Association of Realtors as well as his involvement in numerous philanthropic organizations locally and nationally.
