Daniel was simply a fantastic realtor. He talked me through all the hoops and steps we would need to go through to get my house sold. Helped me see the value in taking steps to prepare the house for sale and in the end was able to secure a great offer within a day of the house being listed (mostly do to the work he put in ahead of listing). 10/10 would use him again to buy or sell a home. Helped and guided me all through the process.

Daniel Sotelo continually provided effective communication and professionalism that established a firm rapport with us throughout the 3-4 months he showed our home. His efforts to set and maintain the visibility of our property led to triple the showings within the first couple of weeks on the market compared to the total number of shows in the previous 4 months when listed with another company.
