For nearly thirty years, Dan has committed himself to making a difference in the lives of children and those looking for the home of their dreams. Through his commitment to Christian values, integrity, and personal real estate knowledge, Dan has gained great respect in the community and is known as someone people can truly trust.

Dan officially launched his real estate career with Emmert Realty as a sale person in 1996 and then took the step to become a licensed broker in 2014. With degrees in both education and marketing, Dan is able to bring a wealth of knowledge to the table when helping you with all of your real estate needs. He will ensure that you will have the very best experience when it comes to listing or selling your property.

Dan and his wife Jamie are lifelong residents of Clay County and through their careers in education, real estate, and nursing, have proudly served the community in which they live. Dan and Jamie are very active in their church and make serving the Lord their priority.

Outside of teaching school and selling real estate, Dan has also started and operated successful businesses in our local community. He and his wife currently own and operate a residential home rental business.
