The circumstances in which I had to sell my home weren't ideal, but it had to be done and on a very short timeline. I had about 2 days to find a real estate agent for representation and with the hundreds of agents out there, it's somewhat overwhelming on who to pick. I wanted someone local to Sumner County, who has been a longtime resident, knows the area well, AND is a reputable seller that has a track record. I interviewed a handful that seemed to have good credentials and even before the final decision was made, the one that stood out to me the most was Danielle. Not only did she meet the criteria, she was very personable, had added value to the selling process, and I honestly felt like I wasn't treated as just another person giving her real estate commissions.

During the initial walkthrough, she identified potential issues and helped every step of the way. From staging our home with an interior designer on staff, to having several contractors at her disposal to make repairs, there was very little that needed to be done except get out the way when there were requested showings.

During the process that involved choosing the best offer, there were several contingencies in play and she gave her honest opinions on which was the strongest (after all, the house needed to be sold ASAP).

In the end, the house was sold above asking price and everything was pretty much painless/seamless. I'm glad Danielle was my realtor and I'll definitely look to her the next time I'm looking at buying/selling a home again. You should too. Thanks Danielle!

Danielle's team, especially Deanna Gibson, worked very hard for 6 months to help us find a house. Once a new-build was contracted, Deanna was tenacious in holding the builder to quality standards that were important to us. Very pleased!
