Danielle Herder

Danielle was raised in a military family and through this, was fortunate enough to travel the world. Continually drawn to beautiful Colorado landscapes and endless outdoor adventures, Danielle and her family moved to the Denver area where she began her career in real estate.

Danielle has real estate experience in both Denver and Crested Butte markets and truly enjoys teaching people about investing in real estate. She understands the ins and outs of homeownership and is an experienced landlord. Through her husband's contracting business, she is especially knowledgable about the construction process and special considerations surrounding lot selection and building in the Crested Butte area.

Danielle provides fantastic customer service to her clients with exceptional communication throughout the purchase process. Whether just beginning their search, under contract, closing or even beyond Danielle ensures her clients have all of the information to make informed decisions and reach their real estate goals.

Danielle holds a Bachelors Degree from Texas Tech University and a Masters Degree in Secondary Education from the University of North Texas. In a past life, Danielle was a high school Biology and Chemistry teacher.

She loves travel, hiking, cross-country skiing, and chasing her children down the slopes. She feels exceptionally fortunate to call Crested Butte home and can't wait to help you find your dream property in The Gunnison Valley.
