With the marker in my favor among other things, I recently found the need and desire to sell my home. I met Danielle South through a mutual friend when I then made contact with her. When making such a large decision, I wanted to work with someone that I could trust. From our first phone conversation to our initial meeting, I knew she would be the one.

Throughout the couple months, Danielle has been there every step of the way. She has always answered every call, text or email no matter what time of day or night it was. She kept me apprised about the offers coming in and status on the entire progress. In a week, my house was under contract. Her professionalism, mentorship, knowledge, honesty, and hard work ethic are much respected and appreciated.

I now consider Danielle a friend and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to do any Real Estate transaction. When I’m ready to buy again, I will for sure contract her again. Many thanks to Danielle South and the Codwell Banker Realty Team for being such a pleasure to work with.

I chose Danielle because of the great reviews that she had and she didn’t disappoint!

I was a first time homebuyer looking in an area that I was unfamiliar with, but after speaking with Danielle, she quickly understood what I wanted and was able to make some great recommendations.

Danielle was always attentive to my feedback and I always felt that she had my best interests at heart. On top of that, she has a great network of lenders, attorneys, and title companies if you’re having trouble finding your own.

Of course there were some hiccups along the way but Danielle was always patient with me to make sure that I fully understood what was happening and always kept me in the loop no matter how busy she was.

She helped me find exactly what I was looking for and walked me through the entire process.

Working with Danielle has been a pleasurable experience. It was like working with family ( the ones that you actually like lol). She still checks in to see how things are going and I still reach out to her to tap into her network from time to time.

She’ll be the only realtor that I use and recommend.

Mrs. South recently helped my family and I to relocate to New Jersey. She knew the locale well, was responsive in communication, and tried to understand what we needed. She helped us achieve this, and also kept an eye for situations that were not apparent to me. She allowed me to have plenty of space to make my decisions without any pressure.
