Danielle, Sherry, and Catherine make a great team! I've had them sell my house in summer 2021 and help me buy a townhome in spring 2022 with great success!

We interviewed four agents to list our home in the white-hot post-COVID market in summer, 2021. Danielle still did all her homework (ask for her spreadsheet of market comparatives - its impressive!) and won our business right away! Professional staging and photographs had our gem of a house sparkling brighter than ever.

Based on Danielle's advice, we listed for $40K higher than originally anticipated and had 40+ appointments and at least one sight-unseen offer during the "coming soon" period (around the July 4 holiday!). After three days on the market and 10 rock solid offers later, we accepted a price that was $117,500 over (our higher-than-anticipated) list AND with free rentback until our move date!

In winter/spring 2022, Sherry showed me over 50 properties as I narrowed down the type and area I wanted to settle - all over a 3 month period. I "think" there was at least one bottle of wine delivered by Danielle during an especially harried and hectic week of home shopping and offers. A fast two-week close helped me lock in a lower interest rate with a lender-partner of The Wateridge Group. Advice on movers, HVAC/plumbing/electrical inspectors, and even a "welcome home" gift were great!

I still stay in touch with Danielle and Sherry - they check to see progress on my "diamond in the rough" and are creating a great "community" of clients (past, present, and future) through their events and social media outreach. We bought our first home with Danielle Wateridge in 2018. She made the process so clear- took the time to sit down with us and walk us through the process in detail, then went out several times to show us places. When deciding to put in an offer, she was there every step of the way sharing her experience and advice. I wanted to focus on the good parts first. Danielle and her team made our home purchase painless. We were in the market at a time where homes were being sold, it felt like, before anyone ever got to see them. Danielle helped us stay the course. She took us to home after home after home until we knew where we wanted to be...Once we did she was razor focused on our needs and our neighborhood.
