I've lived in Gainesville for more than 17 years, taking part in community change and growth as both a resident and design professional. When you need to find the "right" property for you — I can help! I love what I do, and I look forward to helping you find the right space for your needs! ~~~ I'm a native Floridian, born in Tallahassee, and grew up between the Panhandle "Forgotten Coast" and Jacksonville. Although I lived farther north for awhile (if North Carolina and Georgia count as "north"), I could not resist the lure of Florida's cool springs, white-sand beaches, and swampy summer nights. After a decade living out of state, I came home to Florida in 2002, went to graduate school at the University of Florida, fell in love, got married, and started a family right here in beautiful GNV! Before pursuing my real estate license, I worked for more than a decade in the design community in a local landscape architecture firm, earning a LEED-AP certification from the U.S. Green Building Council during that time. Our clients were primarily commercial, including developers, business owners, government agencies, and entrepreneurs. I was an appointed member of the City Plan Board of the City of Gainesville, a volunteer member of the City Beautification Board, and a member of the Board of Directors of the Thomas Center Associates. I have also served as the Gainesville/Ocala Section Chair of the Executive Committee of the Florida Chapter of the American Society of Landscape Architects.
