I obtained my Oregon Real Estate License after 30 plus years in the title and escrow industry! My background in marketing, title and escrow allows me to better assist my clients with their real estate goals!

During my real estate industry career,
I was the co-President of the Roseburg Realtors Exchange Group in 2012 and remained a member until 2015.

I served on the Douglas County Association of Realtors Public Relations and Education Committees for several years and received the Affiliate of the Year award in 2013.

I was also a member of the Roseburg Rotary Noon Club and was the Secretary for the Umpqua Valley Festival of Lights from 2012 to 2015.

When the housing market was so competitive that people were outbidding one another it was hard to find a realtor that would work for you. Relators were so busy with clients that you rarely got a call back from them for a showing and it felt as though you had to work for them. D’Ann Caylor was an exception to this. She is a great seasoned relator (especially for us), as we were first time homebuyers. She not only put us on her e-mail list for new homes that met our criteria, but she would contact us prior to a home being placed on the market, when she knew it was a great fit. D’Ann was very knowledgeable, professional, and most of all did her research prior to showing us a home, which I appreciated. She knew about the schools, neighborhood, crime rates, and even the prices of comparable homes in the area, which worked well in the negotiation process. She knew how to keep the transaction moving and was very aware of timeframes in order to make the loan closing a success. I would highly recommend anyone to D’Ann Caylor if you are searching for a new home. She had genuine interest in assuring we were satisfied with our final decision.
