About Danny

He is a native of Montreal, Quebec. He grew up in a real estate family. His parents owned one of the largest private brokerages in the province for more than 40 years. That is where he learned that integrity and honesty were paramount when working with clients for successful closures and repeat business. His family taught him that a good reputation is vital to a happy and efficacious career.

Before moving to the United States, he had opened his own interior design company for luxury properties overseas. He then began to purchase and renovate his own investments and offer them to clients with unique tastes. He first moved to California in 2007 prior to moving to Fort Lauderdale in 2010. He used his experience and knowledge to buy and sell properties in the Bay Area and then continued his career in South Florida. He is known for his renovation work, interior design, and real estate investment skills. He now focuses his talents on the South Florida real estate market. He uses the most up-to-date advertising, marketing, and real estate technologies to ensure the best outcome for his clients. He is fluent in English, French, and Italian.

I work for a charitable organization that inherited a condo unit. As we are located in another state, we reached out to the property management office for a realtor recommendation, and they referred us to Danny.

Danny made me feel comfortable right away. He knows the area very well and was able to give me a excellent idea of pricing right off the bat and backed it up with comps the very next day. We elected to list with him, and within a week of our first conversation we had 5 offers, and closed at over asking price within 30 days. It could not have been an easier process.

Communication and responsiveness was A+ right from the start. He responded to each voicemail or email message very quickly, usually within minutes.
