Daphne Zollinger

Hi there! My name is Daphne and I was born and raised in Texas, where my parents' jobs as a builder and a Real Estate Broker led to us moving often. As an adult, I've found a love for the outdoors and ranching and have acquired ranches in both Texas and Oklahoma where my husband and I have cow/calf operations alongside other animals.

When I'm not on the ranch or traveling - mostly to the beach - I've also been a full-time Real Estate Broker since 2003. I have personal experience with buying, building, and selling my own homes, investing in residential and commercial real estate, building spec homes, and financing options.

My business philosophy is "High Tech/High Touch" and I use the latest technology to understand the current market and make connections for success. I also prioritize "Hometown Service" and provide personal and consistent interaction with each of my clients.

In addition to my successful business, I volunteer to protect private property rights and maintain professionalism in the industry. I've served on various committees for Texas REALTORS and the Greater Denton Wise County Association of REALTORS, and have been appointed to serve on the Ag Advisory Board for Denton Central Appraisal District and as a public member of the State Bar of Texas Grievance Committee.
