Darci helped us find our house we are currently renting and have been living in for about a year and a half now. We were having a hard time finding a home in our budget that accommodated everything that we wanted, but Darci quickly found it. We only had to tour one home and knew that was the right one to stay in until we were ready to buy. My fiancé and I are getting married this year, and already have plans to buy a home once our lease is up, and we will definitely be going to Darci. Darci even recently met up with us and explained the first time home buyer process and what we need to have prepared to buy. She is very knowledgeable and helpful!

This is my third transaction with Darci and I will never work with another team. Somehow, in this market, she was able to secure my perfect place AND negotiate for a brand new roof PLUS $10k off list price! You would NOT BELIEVE the experience I've had with Darci but I'll do my best to tell you anyways, because she's a dream of a realtor and you could not pay me to believe there was somebody better.

I'm a recently divorced young 30 something that had lost all hope of buying a house in this market, especially without a 2 income household supplying a down-payment. I was discouraged and knew the clock was ticking cause I already told my apartment I'd be kicking rocks at the end of June. Darci was recommended by some best friends that loved their home-buying experience so I said why not explore my options? Darci was all over it from the get-go. She found me a perfect house within days!! She answered every question, eased every anxiety. She would not let me settle for less than I deserved and she is a master of BDE and hassled them down so I even got a small amount of equity on the house and I'm not going broke for my mortgage payment. Now I am an independent queen and my doggie has the yard she deserves 🐶🐶🐶 I legit do not believe that this would've been possible with another realtor. Darci is the best at what she does, an absolute angel. If you don't choose Darci as your realtor, you're really doing yourself a disservice. Darci, thank you for all your help 🙏❤️
