From day one, Darcy was excellent. We had been looking for our first home for over a year. We had seen dozens and dozens of homes, put in almost 10 offers, had to drop out of one that really wasn't right for us and were losing hope. We had already parted ways with another realtor before we were steered to Darcy. Almost immediately I knew we had found a true professional who was going to make sure we found place that was meant for us and that we got the best deal. She made every showing work with my hectic schedule, she never, ever treated our anxiety about this process as burdensome, and she gave her honest opinion frankly and kindly. Darcy went out of her way to let us know she cared about us more than she cared about getting through the process. It doesn't hurt that Darcy seems to know every inch of Chittenden County and almost every person in it! We could not have asked for a better experience and would wholeheartedly recommend Darcy and her team to anyone.

Darcy was OUTSTANDING with the sale of our home. From the very beginning to the closing day - she was there every step of the way. She gave us ideas to make the house market ready; lining up the photographer to aid in marketing the house; handling the opening house; continual followup on showings; and handling all concerns or questions once the house was under contract. We had the pleasure of meeting Darcy almost 2 years ago when I started a journey to sell a house and buy a house. She listened she worked really hard, but then I got cold feet. She stayed in touch almost monthly to check in on me. We decided to go for it again in February 2023 but this time we were going to buy a house out of state. She is simply amazing. I was fortunate to have met Darcy as my realtor when I was buying my first home. Since I lived in a different state, it was impossible for me to visit houses in person every time. Whenever there was a house I liked, Darcy meticulously showed it to me through FaceTime and didn't hesitate to provide objective opinions. She was my eyes and ears. Her responses were always prompt and informative. The people she introduced during the home buying process were all great, and she was a go-to person for me in almost everything. Darcy and her team are quite literally the best. From our first conversation we were impressed and it was all uphill from there. As first time home buyers and from across the country we really needed someone who was knowledgeable and dedicated. When we flew out to look at homes Darcy gave us her undivided attention as we dragged her all over the state. She always gave us her real opinion, never trying to make us settle or lead us in a direction just to make things go faster. As FTHB we of course had our moments of panic and every time we reached out she was very quick to respond. We never felt alone throughout the entire process. Every agent talks about their network of resources they can leverage, but Darcy’s recommendations were truly outstanding. The lender was also incredible and they worked together like a single mind. Darcy understands the market so we had all our plans in order for counter offers, escalating offers, etc already in place. We found our home and decided to make an offer, our first, and Darcy and the lender each reached out at every step of the way with the sellers agent. We ended up in a bidding war and even though our final offer was lower the sellers agent said they chose ours due to how responsive Darcy and the lender were throughout the process. We could not recommend Darcy and her team enough to do them justice. They are the best and choosing them would be the best decision you could make in the home buying process.

We were searching for a home in Vermont while still living several states away, which meant we weren't always able to come quickly when Darcy found something matching our criteria. Other times we were able to make the journey with very little notice yet Darcy was able to adjust her schedule and set up requested showings.
