Darcy was a pleasure to work with. She really understood our needs and wants for our new house and was super patient with us as we looked for it in a very hot market. She was also very supportive when it came time to sell our existing home (as we may have been very nervous about it). We receive amazing feedback from all clients on Darcy's commitment to helping them find the perfect home and achieve top dollar for listing their home as well. She is a pro at negotiations and has a great background and experience level to navigate any situation.

We see many real estate agents and how they handle the loan transactions (behind the scenes, since we are a mortgage broker), and Darcy operates with the highest possible level of professionalism. She is truly a pleasure to work with!

I was introduced to Darcy by a mutual friend in the area. I was relocating from TX to PA and needed to find a house, in a very hot market, in a short amount of time. Darcy took the time to understand all the things I was looking for, with walkability being my number 1 ask and got to work sending me listings. It was challenging, because I was commuting from TX and could only see properties when I was back in PA and only after work. She made me a priority and found me the perfect house in the perfect neighborhood. I would recommend Darcy any time and now consider her not only my realtor, but my friend!! Thank you Darcy!!!

My wife and I just sold and bought a new home and would not have been a reality without the help and experience we needed from Darcy! She was there every step of the way. Always available to answer any and all of our questions and with her experience we were able to close on the sale of our home and the purchase of our new home on the same day. There are so many great things to say about Darcy, from her professionalism, to her being there every step of the way, to her courteousness and so on, that it would take up too much space and time to go over. A true gem! Before we started on our journey, we took the time to speak with a lot of other realtors. Darcy was recommended to us by a friend and the rest is history. Without her help, we know the process would have been much more difficult but with her experience, ideas and suggestions, she got us to the finish line and into our new home!

My husband and I had the best experience with Darcy. She knows what she is doing, and never steered us in the wrong direction. Our house sold within a week of listing and we found our forget home a week later. Everything went smoothly. She is so personable to the point she has become our friend. My husband said to me the other day, “Is it weird that I miss our realtor?” Just a fabulous over all experience. Selling/buying a house is supposed to be the most stressful things you could do. Not only was it not stressful, it was fun too! Thanks Darcy!
