Darcy was the sellers agent on a patented mining claim transaction and ended up being our broker (we didn't have an agent representing us) to shepherd the deal. She was amazing. Both seller and buyer (us!) were happy with the end result. She really cares for her clients and does everything to get the deal done. Darcy even rode on snowmobiles with my spouse to the remote property in the dead of winter! She also worked with our lender to make sure nothing fell through in the financing. HIGHLY recommend Darcy. Truly, an expert and awesome!
