Daren was a delight to work with. He helped me buy and sell three of my properties during this last year. He sold my commercial building last June. Then in May of this year, I sold my home and bought a condo with his help. I was confident and comfortable with all his dealings. Last week at the last settlement, I received a Senior Citizen tax rebate because they brought the subject up to the settlement clerk who had not included that in the paperwork. I received a nice check in the mail Saturday. I did not need an attorney at either settlements because I had Daren to watch my back. Charlotte Skeggs
