Darin Kleinpell was truly an angel sent from God to help us out of a really bad situation we were drowning from. Darin came along and threw us our new life line. He was able to find a buyer for our home quickly and someone who was willing to help us and pay cash for the home so the bank didn't foreclose on the home and sell it. We were given ample time to pack up 40 yrs of belongings and memories. He work for for over two years while I battled the superior court of Fresno County and later with a fiduciary to get the permission to sell my sisters property in Chino Hills.
