I've known him since the 80s and his energy, caring and professionalism was what I needed to get me through an emotional journey. When it came time to move my parents closer to me and my brother, we needed someone who we could trust, who knew the area (East Hampton/Sag Harbor) and who could help find a potential buyer looking for a quick close.
Darius was everything we needed and then some. He was always responsive via phone or email, he went out of his way to help us get the house cleaned, get certificates of occupancies updated and had contacts with inspectors and helped get them to our home quickly so we could fulfill the obligations of our contract and deliver the home to the new owners.
Darius was my eyes and ears on the ground as we moved my parents. He was like family, always pushing above and beyond and doing things an agent doesn't normally do. Our house sold in a matter of weeks, for cash above asking price! We closed quickly, got everything cleaned out and got my parents into a better situation significantly quicker than I ever imagined. I owe Darius a significant amount of gratitude. I truly believe his cares for clients and treats them like family.

Working with Darius was one of the best experiences my husband and I had during our process in purchasing our first home. Darius said from the beginning that he didn't care if we were buying a two hundred thousand dollar home or two million dollar home....finding us the right home mattered regardless of the budget. Overall we had an excellent experience with Darius representing us as buyers of a property in Wainscott. He has great local knowledge and knows the sales process extremely well. As a first time buyer in the east end, his tips and guidance proved invaluable. He was always easy to get in touch with and was quick to respond to all of our various questions and requests (of which there were many). He was very patient during a long search with the right amount of follow up without being pushy. We would absolutely work with Darius again.

My wife and I have been searching for a home or property in East Hampton,, NY for years and were looking at property this past year through a different Real Estate Agent with little success and we were not satisfied with our agent! My wife came across a property that we set up an appointment to see. We met Darius there and saw a great property. We were interested in it and Darius was extremely helpful in providing us with answers to all of our questions and on options in purchasing the home. He helped us through the process and had other options for us but we loved the first place we saw with him and started the purchase process. He was very helpful and we purchased the home and subsequently we are in the process of buying a lot and are finding Darius to be extremely helpful and expect to be the proud owners soon. Darius is not just a great Real Estate Agent, but a great guy! Darius was wonderful from beginning to end. He was highly knowledgable of the area comps, legal nuances of the east end and would offer helpful insights on the condition of the house, neighborhood value, etc. He helped us secure top-notch, affordable partners throughout the process (lawyer, inspector, contractor) at every stage. He was extremely proactive & responsive and more than once was the reason our deal moved forward at the quick pace it did. Darius took over a large property listing of mine on Deerfield Road in Water Mill that had already been on the market for several years. He re-branded the property and got it sold. Darius' energy, positive attitude, honesty, constant communication & local knowledge make him a pleasure to work with. Darius worked diligently to bring about the sale of our Condo. He was able to get us an updated CO in record time, scheduling and handling all the paperwork, and the inspection.
