I highly recommend Darla! It's challenging to find salespersons who are honest and show integrity. I've worked with Darla twice now and I would work with her a thousand times more. She is sincere and both times put my needs before her own personal gain. I met her through our church circles and based on our experience, she restores my faith in Christian professionals. She's authentic and not a pretender. On the second time, based on some hefty commercial sales needs/expectations I had, she said she wanted to take time to pray about it and would get back with me. She did! She said she could do it but would prefer to set me up with someone who specialized in what I was pursuing rather than risk underserving me. So... start here! She's great. She'll do her absolute best. You won't be disappointed.

Darla did an excellent job helping us prep the sale of our last home. It was a rental that we decided to sell and the renter had destroyed it, so it took a significant amount of clean up and repair to bring it back to life. Darla worked with us to brainstorm ideas that would help us update it to sell quickly. She helped stage and had excellent photos taken. Our home was on the market for ONE day and we had offers! The sale went smoothly and without any hiccups. I’m so grateful for the time and energy she spent helping us through the process. Darla will be my first phone call the next time we decide to sell or buy another home!
