My career began at just 14 years old, working in our family-owned restaurant. It was there that I developed a strong foundation in customer service and a genuine appreciation for connecting with people—skills that have continued to serve me well throughout my real estate career.
In the fall of 2000, I made the transition from hospitality to real estate, joining my mother and broker, Donna Villar. After four years of working together and sharing a common vision, we launched our own family business, Villar and Company Real Estate. Since then, I’ve been honored to consistently rank as a top-producing agent, supported by a loyal client base and a deep commitment to exceptional service.
In 2019, we partnered with a nationally recognized real estate brand to expand our resources and provide our clients and agents with enhanced technology, tools, and support. This collaboration strengthened our ability to serve our community and remain competitive in an ever-evolving market.
As of June 1, 2025, we made the decision to return to our roots and proudly reestablish ourselves as Villar and Company Real Estate. While our previous partnership played an important role in our journey, it ultimately led us back to the brand, values, and personalized service approach that have always been at the heart of who we are.
