Darlene was born and raised Ulster County and has remained in the area for all of her life. She is part of a very large family (her grandmother had 16 children) and was brought up in West Hurley, NY, which is right outside of Woodstock. After she married her husband Peter, she relocated to Olivebridge, NY - home to the beautiful Ashokan Reservoir (a photographer's dream).
