I have worked with Darlene over the last year while initially looking for land, and eventually finding my dream home. She has been the utmost professional, while also making sure all my needs were met while buying my first house. Being a first time homebuyer, she guided me through the process, always looking out for my best interests, but also exercising her extensive knowledge of the local market to ensure I made a fair offer that was also competitive. I can't thank Darlene enough for her input while navigating a very stressful environment. I would recommend her services to anyone trying to buy a house in New Hampshire.

My wife and I connected with Darlene through Zillow initially to casually start our home search in New Hampshire. Right off the bat, Darlene showed true interest in our needs to help us find the right home, and stayed right with us as our search went from casual to "we're ready to move now". Working with her was unlike hiring someone, and much more akin to building a friendship while looking at some real estate. Over the course of about a month or two, we looked at nearly 2 dozen houses throughout southern NH. On several occasions, she was able to get us into properties same-day (crucial in the super-hot COVID housing market). Always on-time, prompt communication, and genuinely caring about us finding the perfect home, Darlene helped us make offers on 3 houses (third time's the charm) - showing vast knowledge of market trends and strategies to be competitive.

Darlene has continued to be extremely helpful and friendly long after our purchase was complete. I look forward to the time when we can work together again, and will (and have) recommend her to many others! She made the home buying process so much fun and we truly couldn't have asked for anyone better to guide us.

Darlene Wills! I can’t say enough good things about her. Darlene help us with finding a house and a rental.She was always professional but at the same time personal. She always picked up her phone or texted promptly. She always had our best interest in mind . I would highly recommend Darlene with all your real estate needs.
