Darlene organized the listing of our house, including interior and exterior photos, signage, open house dates and showings in an efficient and timely manner. Darlene is friendly, bubbly and pleasant to work with. In preparation for the listing of our home, Darlene offered frank staging advice, which was initially painful to hear, but in the end, she was absolutely correct, and we were glad we heeded her advice!

So my wife and I always wanted a condo or house in OC. We followed a realtor and when the time came for us to pull the trigger we reach out to the realtor. We realized very quickly that they were not interested in helping us. My family had recently used Lynn Gurley of Cummings Realtors for several sales of house and purchases of homes in the Baltimore area. I asked her for a recommendation of a realtor in OC. She recommended Darlene Travagline. Within 2 hours Darlene contacted us, got our requirements and we were off and running. We had 2 days of at least 4 showings. She also went to a condo and did a video show with us. Once we found a house we wanted to put a contract on. That’s were she really shined. Her advice and knowledge was very informative but it was just advice, not telling us what to do. Once the contract was excepted Stephanie Shade her assistant was great provide us information and updating on the process.. I highly recommend Darlene and her team. In fact I recommended her before we settled. We got a beach house and a new friend Darlene
