Daryl Motes

Daryl Motes has been in real estate since 2005. Before that, he spent 33 years working for the Washington State Ferries. He moved up in Washington State Ferries throughout the years, and by the time he left he was hiring new employees for the terminals and providing yearly training for more than 800 employees.

Daryl’s natural ability to relate to people is apparent each time he works with a new client. Whether they are a first-time buyer, upsizing, downsizing or looking for a commercial venture, he takes everyone under his wings to guide them throughout the transactional process.

Because Daryl has spent the majority of his life in the Seattle area, he is not only familiar with, but very comfortable with Seattle and the surrounding areas. He listens closely to his clients, whether they are out-of-state or in-state buyers, to fully understand what they are looking for in a home. He then tailors his choices for each client based on their preferences, from neighborhood styles, schools, home design and beyond. He works primarily with single family homes, condos and townhomes in Bothell, Mukilteo, Edmonds, Everett and Lynnwood.

In Daryl’s free time, he enjoys "puttering" in his yard, spending time with his sons and their families, hiking, and traveling to tropical locations.
