I recently started the very first and very short, thanks to Mr. Dave Davis, journey of purchasing my first home. Very shortly into that journey, I met Mr. Dave Davis. Mr. Davis had reached out to me on a home that I was looking at and, out of fear, backed out of even considering. Mr. Davis was persistent in reaching back out to me about that particular home, though, and I'm thankful he did.
Not only did he go out of his way to meet me within an hour of discussing the home to view it but immediately, once we decided that this would be the home that we pursue, started work on making an offer and it's a good thing. The house was far and above all other homes that I had looked at in my price range and someone else probably felt the same as there was an offer put in on it on the same exact day as mine.
Mr. Davis' quick thinking and effort allowed us to make the decision to make a more appealing offer to the seller, within reason and my budget, outbidding the other offer and WE GOT THE HOUSE!!!
Not only did Mr. Davis respond quickly to every phone call, email, or text I sent, he updated me on his own when a step was made or needed to be made in the process. He also worked very well with and stayed in close communication with everyone else involved in the sale of the house, expediting the process even further and putting the keys in my hand in less than a month's time from when we began.
He was very kind and helpful in his approach the entire time and even after the purchase was complete, researching questions and finding answers from the previous owner on issues that I had with the home.
I feel very fortunate and thankful to have had Mr. Davis as my agent and highly recommend him to be yours!

Dave Davis and the Ward Realty team provided excellent service, advice and guidance throughout the buying and selling process of both our previous home and our new house! Dave quickly responded to our inquiries and made the whole process smooth and practically seamless as we made the transition from one residence to another. The WRT was also extremely helpful in dealing with the finance company, closing and any other issues that arose during the process. I have used Jeremy’s team in the past with great results and they have delivered the same customer experience again. I will continue to work with them should the need for their services arise again!
