Dave grew up in Franklin County, PA. He lived in Fayetteville, went to the local elementary and grade schools, and then to CASHS, the high school. He worked numerous jobs over the years from working at a concrete plant, mixing concrete for tanks, and manufacturing to driving and delivering tanks. He also drove a water delivery truck and worked at a septic cleaning company. The last years were driving and delivering Diesel fuel to farms and homes. He is now married to a wonderful wife and has three beautiful daughters, and a great dog, Frank. Over the years, Dave was also an EMT-B at the Fayetteville Volunteer Fire Department and a driver.
As a realtor, Dave works with buyers and sellers. He has had numerous types of listings and sales including farms, homes, mobile homes, land, commercial properties, rentals, and several types of estates. His goal with all his clients is to be their best advocate to represent them and give them direction and advice to meet their goals. He is always ready to handle any situation that arises. When talking with potential clients the one complaint he often hears is that they cannot get ahold of their agent! Not with Dave. If he does not answer right away, he always replies to all calls and emails within 24 hours, max, but usually within 10 minutes.
