Dave Geszvain

Dave Geszvain is a seasoned real estate professional with a decade of experience under his belt. His expertise lies in working with developers, managing acquisitions, and conducting planning meetings with municipalities. Over the years, he has overseen portfolio performance while leading and managing staff.

In the last 8 years, Dave has dedicated his focus solely to the sales side of real estate. Dave's history, knowledge, and expertise make him a valuable addition to the Houseworks Collective team.

Outside of work, Dave enjoys spending time with his wife and three children in the Greater Milwaukee area, where they all grew up. As lifelong Wisconsin residents, they love participating in sports, exploring the outdoors, attending community events, and cherishing quality time with their loved ones.
