Dave Magnuson

Dave Magnuson has helped clients and customers with over $38 million in real estate transactions throughout Oshkosh and the Fox Valley over the past eight years. He loves taking a complicated process—riddled with inspections, appraisals, negotiations, contracts, contingencies, renegotiations, deadlines, and the unpredictability of human emotion—and guiding people step by step to make it simpler and avoid pitfalls.

Dave laughs at his own jokes harder than he probably should. He is a husband and father of four (just the kids, not four wives). Family and real estate demand most of his time, but he plays piano quite well and has an interest in woodworking. He hopes to have his own shop when the kids are older and space allows.
