We were purchasing a home from out of state and we couldn't have done this with out Dave. He was highly responsive, professional and made us feel comfortable throughout the whole process. He was able to video tour potential homes for us and give us insight into various neighborhoods. His personality was great and we had such an awesome home buying experience with him. Dave did a great job of listening to our goals for our retirement home. It certainly wasn't easy for him, as we are out of state. Dave coordinated a variety of video tours for every potential home, wrote numerous unsuccessful offers in an "over- heated" marketplace and described what he was seeing outside of what the video could capture. He is very responsive and knowledgeable about the market, the process and the area. We would highly recommend him for anyone who is in need of a real estate professional.
