Dave was easy to work with. I live in Florida so the transaction was a little more difficult. Dave communicated very well and worked hard to get this sale done. He was referred by a friend. He knew the area well. I had the property listed with two other realtors previously and not much activity. Dave got the deal done quickly and the whole process was extremely smooth.

Dave is a lifesaver! I was in the market for a home and had been unsatisfied with some realtors I’d dealt with previously. After doing a lot of research, I decided to give Dave a call. He listened to my needs and agreed to help us find a home. He explained everything in terms I could understand and was always available whenever I had questions throughout the entire process. He set up an MLS search based on my wants and needs, and I started receiving emails of homes as soon as they hit the market. Dave showed me several homes and helped me assess their condition. He is very knowledgeable in this department. He never pressured me into a home, was always patient, and genuinely looked out for my best interests. He is truly selfless.

I finally found the home I wanted, and Dave wasted no time submitting an offer. From that point forward, I really came to understand the value of a good realtor. The home had a few issues, and multiple parties were financially invested in the property. Dave navigated everyone involved and simplified the process. He even stood in 20° weather for hours while an inspection was being performed. Remarkable! He pushed when necessary and ensured the home was ready for settlement. He wrote and amended multiple documents during this process, always making sure I was protected. During closing, the seller’s realtor was unprepared. Dave handled it like a boss and made sure everything got done. He turned many tough situations into positive outcomes, and made it look effortless! Oh, and he also saved me a lot of money!

I highly recommend Dave Snyder and will be using his services to sell my old home soon. Thank you, Dave!

Dave is a true expert and a great agent! As first time homebuyers, working with Dave was a great experience from start to finish. Before we had even moved to PA as renters, Dave set up a video call with us and walked us through a bunch of information we needed to know, being so new to this process. Dave's many years of experience, combined with his accreditations and professionalism, gave us optimism that he would be a great agent to work with. Similarly, the companies he recommended to us to work with for mortgage applications and the like were of a very high quality as well.

When touring homes, Dave proved incredibly knowledgeable. He always showed up prepared to answer our questions, and if he didn't know something he would find out quickly. He pointed out red flags we may have otherwise missed, such as issues with plumbing or HVAC that helped us make informed decisions. Even though we needed to stop our house hunt a few times for various personal reasons, Dave was always understanding and patient with us. We never felt pressured to put an offer on a house we didn't want. We must have seen 20 homes with Dave, and he was never anything other than accommodating and kind.

Even when we weren't actively looking for a home, Dave would check in often and keep us updated with what the market and interest rates were looking like. I really felt like he cared about us as individuals, not just as clients. When we did decide to put in offers, Dave worked quickly and professionally, helping us put in competitive offers even under the pressure of very quick deadlines. Ultimately, we ended up closing on a wonderful home in October 2024 thanks in large part to Dave's incredible work ethic.

We truly enjoyed working with Dave and would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home. He went above and beyond for us at every step.

Fights For His Clients! David is amazing! My husband and I bought our first home about a month ago and all I can say is closing was a mess due to the sellers of the home, Dave sat at the offering table until my husband and I were satisfied, and Dave stood his ground, he did not try and convince us our feelings were invalid or silly, he worked with us and for us. He was the only rep who listened to what we needed, it took 60 miles away to find the house we wanted. I might add he knows more about closings then anyone, his numbers were on the money. My husband and I were attempting to relocate from NC to PA with no success….and then we met Dave. He told us that he was going to show us how to purchase a house in the current market. True to his word within a month he did it! We are in our 70’s and had specific needs, Dave researched and showed us homes that fit our requirements and in our price range. Dave did more than any realtor should have done for us. He kept in touch with us for seven months till we were ready to start looking at homes.
He then accommodated us with anytime that he had available, while we traveled from out-of-state to fit in very packed showings, for four more months.
Dave never pushed us into anything, always showed us house inside our price range, and took the time to understand what we liked and would be happy with v's the dreams of what we said we wanted.
Seriously Dave stuck with us, pushed for everything that we needed, and really kept in touch to keep us up to date.

I have to say as a professional in sales. David exceeded my expectations. As it’s difficult to find a home in a good neighborhood as well as good schools.
David went out of his Region Several Times and commuted close to 2 hours each way to areas I wanted to see. We had worked together for 3 plus months .
We did close in October and very happy.
He also assisted in having the seller repair the chimney . It was a very positive experience and will work with David Synder in the future as well .

It was a great time working with Dave. With each new property we looked at, he paid attention to how my wife and I reacted to certain things about each place, and wasn't afraid to make sure we asked every question on our mind. Eventually each house we looked at was something we could see ourselves living in. He even gave explanations and insight on repairs or options we could have with different houses to make it more of a home. He explained the processes of signing, closing, and what we would need to do in a way that was easy for us to understand. If we would ever need to buy another house, we would be more than happy if Dave could once again help.

Thank you Dave for spending the last 4 month with us and getting us into our first home. Dave had quite a task put in front of him in January 2021. We started the home buying process not having a clue what we were doing. Dave very patiently took us from house to house, trying to narrow down our needs, wants and likes. Half the time he had to deal with with some wild thoughts and "kick us into gear" as we couldn't always agree even amoung ourselves. Dave also went above and beyond our expectations when he found us a lender who could get the deal through(this was after a disaster we started with). There were days when we were about to call it quits, and the market got crazy, however Dave stayed on course and kept working with us.
