Dave is the ultimate professional. His knowledge of the details of home ownership is incredible. From propane monitors to footings, he knows what to look for and what to look out for.

Mostly he looked out for our best interests. He explained the relative value of the property and cautioned us about certain downsides to buying it. He also gave us a plan to make an offer we were likely to be successful with. That plan included much more than the price, and it was accepted with no pushback.

Once the offer was accepted Dave worked hard to get the details and closing in place, and he was accessible to us 24/7 throughout the process.

OK, write a review about the realtor that I used while I could and would say he was great professional honest Trustworthy someone you could call a very cool dude nice guy someone who you or anyone could say is a good friend and these things I’m sure are true. I don’t really know him that well and I don’t want to be cliché with my review. Selling my house was not the nightmare. I thought it would be thanks to Dave . Knowing nothing, about how to sell a house so I asked a friend I trusted to find me someone I could trust so he asked a friend that he could trust and that’s how I met Dave. from the first phone call to the first meeting. I knew Dave was the right person. He was easy to talk to. He listened to what my expectations were and what my concerns were . Dave took it there from there and made it happen.It was stress free he handled everything he know all the right people , was easy to get hold of . walked me through all the steps. House went on the market he set the right price , house sold first day of showing .house sold for more then the asking price.

My husband and I were planning to sell our home and David Aurigemma, Regency Real Estate came highly recommended. We can see why! We had a fantastic experience from the time we met him to the time of our final closing.
When we first met with David, he clearly explained the service we could expect from him. He was extremely knowledgeable about the market in our area and priced our house appropriately. He was very responsive to our questions and communicated with us on a regular basis. He also helped us navigate through special circumstances as they arose.
We were under contract within three days of posting and settled over our asking price. We were very pleased with our experience and would not hesitate to recommend him to others.

"I recently sold my home of 25 years at Hunters Run in Dobbs Ferry New York. I interviewed 7 total realtors but David Aurigemma had my interest from the start. He spent quite a lot of time at our first meeting – he went well beyond the usual comparators and glossy brochures. He was very engaging and upbeat and friendly and even helped with a few small things around the house at our first meeting.

I told him I was interviewing other realtors throughout the week and said that I would get back to him. I liked very much that he wasn’t pushy. When I called at the end of the week, I told him that I would prefer a different timetable than the one he had initially proposed. He readily accommodated.

Everything about the showings, sale, appraisal and closing went very well and smoothly with David’s oversight and efforts. We had about 60 prospective buyers in the first week and although the property went on the market on a Tuesday afternoon, the bids were requested as of noon the following Monday and resulted in quite a good number of excellent offers. David shepherded me through each step of the process, offering upbeat reassurance all along the way. He always got back to me quickly and answered all my questions and concerns readily. As a slightly older, single client, I always felt that David was supportive and respectful.

While I am very grateful that the property sold readily and at a very good price through his efforts, the truest benefit from the process for me was being able to work with David. He became a wonderful friend and I give a 100% satisfaction recommendation. Working with David was really a joy and I commend him wholeheartedly.

My wife and I had given Maria exactly what we wanted to have and needed for our first home. Well Start after Choosing Regency Real Estate I had set up date , Time with David. He showed up 10 minutes early. The big smile on his face showed him around my home. Did some more talking, and he’s a guy that’s like family very wonderful. We set up a time and a date for the photographer to come and rearrange some furniture in the home and remove some of the clutter that I had that he said he would make the selling the house a little bit easier so that was all done. then the next day the listing was up my house was sold within three days above the asking price. He also recommended a very good lawyer to handle the closing and I was very pleased with his professionalism. And yes, I’m giving Dave 10 stars he’s a very humble man and he’s very good at what he does, and after his closing the next day, I stop by his office to thank him and he presented me and my wife with a gift at his office, which was very nice and I would use him any time and I’m recommending him to all my friends and family and whenever I decide I need to buy another home or sell one I will be using him He’s probably one of the very best out there so when you need somebody call David at Regency real estate in Watertown great professional company and I get my things to Dave and his realtors for a job well done. There’s a long list of things that makes Dave a great and easy realtor to work with, but one thing stands out the most, his ability to put himself in the shoes of his client.

He recently helped my mom sell her house. She’s been there for 22 years and it’s the house she raised my brother and myself in (lot of memories and sentimental value for her).

Some agents could make you feel rushed and make the whole buying/selling experience feel like one big transaction, but not Dave. My mom would talk my ear off about how easy and comfortable Dave made the experience for her. He got her top dollar for the home I was raised in, found her a new place she LOVES, and did it all without her feeling one bit of stress. My fiancée and I relocated to Connecticut for our jobs and we are thanking our lucky stars we were referred to Dave and his team. From the very beginning Dave has not only made this experience positive, he has been a friend and advocate throughout the entire process. Our busy work schedules forced us to only view homes on the weekends and Dave cleared his Saturdays AND Sundays for us. He filled the days with showings to make sure we packed as much as we could into our trips. We saw a bare minimum of 18-20 homes and we never once felt pressured to make a decision. Dave was always honest with a twist of comedic relief, which always made me feel better (as I am a very nervous type when it comes to home buying). He was always checking in on how the sale of our previous home was going and offered advice along the way. It’s no secret that doing business in Connecticut or trying to sell a home here has been a challenge for the past decade. We put our house on the market 6 years ago, on and off, with several real estate companies. All said that the house was in move in condition, but we had no serious offers in all that time. No matter what was done, there was simply no interest from potential buyers.
It wasn’t until we met David Aurigemma this past fall, who convinced us that his way of house selling was different from the rest, that we impressively saw some results. From the first time we sat down with him, with a gift box of cannoli no less, we knew we were in good hands. He effectively uses social media and technology to sell a home in a way that we had not experienced before. He told us what his plan was, what we would do together to accomplish our goals, and we were in business. We saw more potential buyers come through our door in 3 months than we had in total in the past six years, and we closed on our house this month.
David is tireless in his work ethic and is always, always available. He has called at 8:15 on a Sunday morning and texted us at 9:30 at night. Sarah Perrotti is an amazing realtor! She is very knowledgeable about the inner workings of buying a home, she was attentive to our wants and needs, and she made her self available to work around our schedules. It took us a few months to decide on a home, and she made sure we saw all the homes we wanted to see, some days even going on "marathons" to look at quite a few in one day.

I loved David’s confidence right from the start. He put our house of 25 years on the market for the highest price in recent years and got it sold!

He is easy to work with, has a great team, who jumped in when needed for showings, and is a consummate professional. Considering spring is an extremely busy time he never said no and always made himself available whether by phone or in person. He was also helpful in preparing us at every step.

It is not an easy experience but David made it as easy and straightforward as possible. I can’t say that I’m am anxious to go through this process again anytime soon but if I do it will definitely by with David and Regency Real Estate. 🏡

I had just closed on my first house and I couldn’t be more thankful for all the help from Dave Aurigemma. I started the process completely blind and unsure about everything. I walked into regency real estate one night after normal business hours and Dave was still there at his computer, he invited me right in and made me feel so welcomed. I explained to him what I was looking for we sat down and he started a house search for me right then and there not only that he had me on the phone with a mortgage lender in minutes filling out a pre approval that night. I left there feeling so comfortable and ready to buy a house. I would recommend Dave 10 out of 10 times. He was never pushy about a house, would answer his phone at what ever hour of the night, always call with daily updates, and wasnt looking to just sell a house. Thanks Dave!

She realized we weren’t making much progress with our last agent, so I thought “why not, I’ll give it a shot”, right? David was our answer! He was extremity attentive, courteous and efficient.
