David Barker

David is a fourth generation Santa Fean and has practiced in the field of real estate for over thirty years. His experience includes a wide range of residential and commercial transactions, leasing and development. With the Santa Fe Association of Realtors, he has served as President, selected as Realtor of the Year and honored with a Life Time Achievement Award, and chaired the Professional Standards Committee for a number of years. He has also served on a Task Force to advise the New Mexico Real Estate Commission on matters. David Chaired the Mayor’s Task Force to develop the new Convention Center in downtown and was active in the redevelopment of the Santa Fe Railyards. David loves to ski powder and play squash.
