After my father’s death, I was selling the house he and my mother had lived in for 47 years. Their home was in Louisiana and I was in Texas. My husband and I interviewed several realtors and chose David Beckham for his professionalism, expertise, and knowledge.
David did not answer my phone calls, emails, and texts within days or even hours. Almost always, it was MINUTES!!! It may have been a text saying, “I am with a client. I will get back to you soon.” I so appreciated his promptness in getting back to a client that was 400 miles away!
THREE days after the sign went into the yard, we had a full asking price contract on the house! David walked my husband and I through the offer line by line. He then arranged for all the tradesmen that needed to enter the house for small repairs and cleaning. He kept us appraised every step of the way and I trusted him completely. I accepted a job that immediately took me out of the area with the future plan of moving. I hired Dave to help with my house selling need, with the understanding of a past negative selling experience in another state. I basically turned my house key over to Dave and left the area. In under 40 days we accepted a reasonable offer and in under 90 days we closed. Dave kept an eye on my home weekly and was instrumental in helping get small items done after the buyer home inspection. Furthermore, the buyer provided no flexibility on closing and Dave was able to pull a rabbit out of the hat on the 12th hour and find me a moving company. Dave also found an error in my annual tax that did not include the homestead exemption and I was able to file for prior year recalculation and future refund. I recommend Dave to anyone selling a home that wants a true warrior and someone in their corner. Thank you Dave!

Recently my wife Elizabeth and I had an opportunity to work with Mr. Beckham with Realty Executives in Alexandria. This was our third attempt to get our house sold to be near our son who lives in Kentucky. To be completely upfront, Elizabeth and I hoped to get the house finally sold but didn’t really expect it. We had been told repeatedly it was just too expensive for the area.
When we met with Mr. Beckham he seemed much more optimistic than we did about the sale. He explained exactly why he felt the house had not sold and what we needed to do to get it sold. Mr Beckham explained in a very professional yet matter of fact manner what we needed to hear. I’m not sure the other realtors we had told us what we needed to hear. In retrospect it was more what we wanted to hear. After less than 4 months Mr Beckham and his office Realty Executives in Alexandria we’re able to get us finally headed towards Kentucky. I think Elizabeth is looking forward to Christmas more than the grandkids this year. It’s been so long since we spent the holiday together as one big family.
Our son Jason and his wife asked why we never hired David Beckham over at Realty Executives of Alexandria sooner. The simple answer is we kept looking at the size of the real estate office or the quantity of people working there instead of looking for quality. Take it from us that young man worked hard, kept us in the loop and most importantly kept his word. He got it sold like he said he would.

No words can describe how appreciative I am of what David has done for me and my house buying/selling experience. I was a first time house buyer moving from NC to LA for my job. I got in contact with David through Zillow. David not only had the knowledge of an experienced realtor who new the area and the marking, but also treated me like family. 2011- David Beckham was very helpful in the house searching process. He listened to my concerns on areas and truly kept these things in mind throughout the entire time. I was able to put my trust in him, as I did not know the areas that well, but wanted to make sure I put my child somewhere safe. Recently, we were in the difficult situation of having to sell real estate in Alexandria, LA from our home near New Orleans. Because of David Beckham's help and expertise, this went off seamlessly through phone conversations and over the internet.
