My wife and I were looking for a home. I was recommended Dave Benton by Jeremy from Pinnacle Capital Mortgage. Dave is very professional and very knowledgeable. We were looking for houses along Glendale and Peoria. Dave really does do what's in our best interest. A house we were interested in had five offers or more. Dave would communicate with the owners agent. We had to submit another offer for the best offer bid. I did not think we would get the house but we actually did. We were not the highest offer either. Because Dave communicated, it's the reason why we got the house. The one with the highest offer never talked to the owner's agent. After that the transactions were smooth from there and we closed. Dave can always find the answers for us. If we need anything done with the house, Dave would know who to contact and will do it for us on our behalf. I will definitely seek Dave out again and recommend him to others.

I have nothing to say but good things about Dave Benton. He went above and beyond to help us have a good experience. From taking excellent pictures to outstanding negotiation he did everything he could to get our home sold quickly and at the price we wanted. Within 2 days of listing we had 5 viewings and 2 full offers. We listed the home on Dec 16th, went under contract the 19th, and are loving our new home a month later. To add icing on the cake we made more money then we expected! I would refer Dave to anyone looking to sell their home or wanting to buy. His knowledge of real estate and down to earth personality really makes a big decision easy. Thanks Dave!

As a Home Inspector, I have had the pleasure of working with Dave Benton and Tim Troxel from The TaB Group. They are a dynamic team of Realtors that really knows their stuff! They do a great job of knowing their client’s needs and wants which is so important during the entire home buying/selling process.
Several years ago I also used Dave Benton personally to help my family find the perfect home here in Phoenix. At the time my family was still in Denver and I was in Phoenix working 80 hours a week. Dave always returned my calls, and did an awesome job working around my crazy schedule while keeping up communications with my wife in Denver.
