Dave was awesome to work with. He helped us find our new home. He showed us 18 homes in 2 weekends. He clearly understood what we were looking for and only showed us relevant matches. If we ever consider moving again Dave will always be our first choice!

I had a really positive experience selling my Fenton house with Dave as my realtor. He exceeded my expectations in a lot of ways. He was able to keep the stress level down. He was generous with his time and responsive to all of my questions. Selling a house is a major undertaking, but Dave lessened the concerns and fears I had. I have recommended him to other potential sellers. Anyone who sells a house with Dave will be highly pleased.

We highly recommend Dave Broadworth! Dave recently sold a property for us and he went above & beyond the call to make the deal happen (including helping us with some repairs that the seller requested! ) He is extremely knowledgeable about the area market and very creative with his marketing techniques, using several online methods as well as custom videos. Above all, he is a super guy that genuinely cares about his customers and treats them with respect and appreciation. We had a very positive experience and would definitely use him again!
