I was very comfortable with David handling this transaction on behalf of our company. He was considerate and conscientious during every aspect of the sale, from working himself to improve curb appeal by trimming an areca palm to creating a very professional flyer. I was amazed as to how fast this property was sold. We gave him the listing on November 19, 2015 and he secured a purchase agreement on November 27 at full price. David was very helpful and patient with me and my wife during our picky house-hunting. This kitchen is good, but the bedrooms are too small This house is great, but the yard isn't big enough This yard is huge, but the kitchen is too small David eventually found a house that met nearly all of our needs. If the house didn't have what we wanted (enough kitchen cabinets), it has the room to fix it (unused floor space to add additional cabinets).
