Couldnt ask for a better experience. Mr Coate helped me with the purchase of a condo 10 years ago, and just recently helped with the sale of the same condo. He always goes above and beyond. Helped in all aspects of the sale and managed so much of it as we live far away from the condo. Highly recommend!!!

David is an absolutely wonderful realtor. He was on top of all aspects of the sale from the very beginning through the end. I had a contract on my house in two days and closed in 30 days over asking price. He brings with him a wealth of real estate knowledge gathered from being in the business many years. David is amazing!! Seasoned and extremely knowledgeable on the market of the panhandle area. We looked at numerous homes I picked out to no avail. With the market so hot right now, he advised me to be patient yet ready jump!!
It was upon viewing one he “picked out” that I fell in love at first site 💕
Managing the timing of the bid just as it came on the market, we were able to secure contract immediately!
My home is perfect, exactly what and where I wanted at way less $$ than I would have paid without his guidance!

David Coate is the sharpest, hardest working realtor my wife and I have ever known. We have used him multiple times over the past 20 years or so and he never ceases to amaze us. He has always gotten us more than we expected from each of the properties he's sold for us, literally paying for himself. He's able to quickly and professionally handle complications such as dealing with title leans and probate without missing a beat. We simply can not recommend him highly enough.
