In the late 90’s, Dave started his real estate career with one of the country’s largest franchised brokerages where he was named Rookie of the Year after only five months in the business. A few years later, he founded Water Pointe Realty Group, an independent real estate brokerage. Over the years, Water Pointe has grown with multiple offices and the most successful independent brokerage on the Treasure Coast. They have established a prominence built on trustworthiness, client satisfaction, and a commitment to going above and beyond!
Dave firmly believes that a good reputation is a person’s greatest asset. In 2006, he was named Realtor® of the Year by the Realtor® Association of Martin County and served as their president the following year. In 2011, Dave was presented with the Distinguished Service Award by the Realtor® Association of Martin County for his contributions to the organization as well as the community.
