Cannot recommend David highly enough!!!! We'd lived in Davis for 8 years before deciding to try to buy a house here, and all we'd heard for that entire time was how competitive and challenging the real estate market here was. We were expecting a long and disappointing process. Instead we bought an affordable house we love, in just two months and we had so much fun with David. (Fun even during a global pandemic!) David is so responsive, creative and knowledgable, he works fast, and as first-time homebuyers gave us great advice throughout the whole process.
