Being out of state first time buyers, David Gagnon was able to provide us with vivd knowledge about the Sebastian area before we even arrived in Florida. He explained everything with great detail in a way that was easy to understand. He always maintained the utmost professionalism and would always notify us of any updates in a timely manner. David was available 7 days a week, nights, and weekends! Mainly what stood out the most about David was his dedication to us as clients. He never rushed through our appointments (6 homes one day), answered all of our questions with ease and would even call to see how things were going. We purchased our new home through David and now have a friend in Sebastian, FL. We highly recommend David Gagnon to anyone who is searching for a reliable realtor.
