Licensed since 2005, David Huffaker saw an opportunity to do real estate different than anyone else and created The Huffaker Group in 2013. Nashville was recovering from an economic downturn and the Nashville market was gaining momentum. He wanted to be a part of the recovery and open doors to home ownership for families and individuals. Since then, our city has seen unprecedented growth, and The Huffaker Group has grown to over 50 licensed agents, support staff and has earned national recognition for excellence in real estate sales, growth, and client service. Having served over 4,500 families across Middle Tennessee counties, as well as offices in Knoxville, TN, Johnson City, TN, Chesapeake, VA and Atlanta, GA.
