David Legg

At a young age, David Legg was taught a passion for real estate and a love for land, so it was a natural decision for him to join his family in selling real estate. A graduate of the University of Mississippi, he holds degrees in Real Estate, Managerial Finance and Law and earned an internship for CB Richard Ellis, the world's largest commercial real estate company in Memphis.

David brought his well-seasoned knowledge of the real estate business back to Middle Tennessee, and shortly after joining RE/MAX Real Estate Center, he earned recognition as a Multi-Million Dollar Producer and became a member of the RE/MAX Platinum Club.

David delights in working with Buyers and Sellers of all ages, and he specializes in farms, residential, commercial, investment and recreation properties across Middle Tennessee. By sharing his vast experience in navigating the process from search through negotiation and closing, client satisfaction is assured. David’s goal is to exceed client expectations which means working with honesty, competence, integrity, attention, and professionalism.
