David Liggan

David started his real estate career in the 1990s as he was working in his family-owned residential construction company, Traditional Homes, Inc. After his father's retirement in 2000, David focused on his real estate career, specializing in bank-owned, short sales, and investment properties. He has assisted buyers relocating to the area and holds an Accredited Buyer's Representation ( ABR ) certificate from the National Association of Realtors.
Being a member of numerous trade organizations, and holding leadership positions, to help promote the real estate profession. He has, and still does, mentor new Realtors in their careers.
Obtaining his Broker's license in 2010, David strives to advance his career through education and experience, which he equates to his 2800+ in career sales and continues to grow his business through his professionalism with clients and dedicated work ethic.
A graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University ( VCU ), David is a life-long resident of the Richmond, VA area. He has extensive knowledge of the market in Richmond and surrounding counties and is a capable expert in all your real estate needs.
