I chose Searcy Hometown Realty - David Lorton, based on research of sales. I live out-of-state, so my choice of agents was purely based on past sales. David is in the top tier of total sales, as well as the number of sales in the Searcy area.
It just so happened that he’s also responsive, intelligent, dependable and a nice guy. We determined the listing price for my property and two days later it was on MLS, six weeks later it was under contract and closed shortly after that. Interestingly enough, I never met David in person. He facilitated all the paperwork to me in Georgia. Responsive, intelligent and dependable. That’s how he did it. That’s how I did it.

After we saw the inside of a property in Arkansas, we realized it wasn’t what we expected and began considering a tear-down. Living in Missouri, I needed insight into what might sell in the area. Had a bad situation with a previous realtor that left us without a home with a 8 month old, David was quick to try and place us in a rental when he thought we didn't have a place to stay, thankfully we had already made arrangements for temporary living.
