I was very lucky to find David as my seller agent. I had experience of enlisted 4 previous agent and none of them worked out selling. And I nearly gave up. This time I just tried my luck and it became true.
David and his team is quick and efficient. He is down to the earth real estate agent who showed confidence as wall as understanding. He fond several potential buyers in just 2 months and finalized one in three months. I had house for 16 years and enjoyed spending some summer weekends in the past but no used it often recently. I am glad David helped with this sale and transaction quickly so next owner could enjoy their staying.
At the last moment of closing time there are some unexpected but David listened to me and became a bridge between my attorney and myself and resolved issue.
In short conclusion David has spirit and skills workin with his client who is a city person. If he work in the New York City of any large real estate companies he will be a invaluable asset to the institution. Well, he has a good life in the Upstate New York with his family and friends so I bless him with better future( as well as his future clients).
