David Marcinak

David is a graduate of Orange County Community College with a degree in Earth Science and Geology. He is no stranger to real estate as he started framing houses at the age of 14. He went on to build his first new construction at the age of 25 and completed many other new construction projects and developments in our area. He is an experienced Design Builder, Site Engineer, and Developer.

David not only built houses, but he also built a strong relationship with Curasi Realty, Inc. utilizing their services to list and sell his properties throughout the years with their sales associates. When asked why David joined Curasi Realty, Inc., he said it was because of their great support staff and education.

A lifelong resident of the Hudson Valley, David enjoys searching for great properties, is an avid hiker, and enjoys rock climbing and waterfall adventures.
