My husband and I cannot say enough great things about Dave! He made the process of selling our home seamless. It took us a long time to make the decision to sell, and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. We sold our house within the first few days, and we got over asking price and an additional 30 days free occupancy after closing. From the beginning, Dave gave us pointers to get our home "market" ready, and after we did the work it was almost hard to sell 😂 He was always on time, personable, readily available for anything that came up, and always put our mind at ease. He also was the realtor for the seller on a property we were interested in as well, and we were able to handle both transactions simultaneously and closed both on the same day without any issues. We cannot say enough good things about our experience, and I strongly recommend Dave Martin and the KW Martin Home Team for anyone looking for an outstanding realtor!

Working with David + his team was such a breeze. In a market with incredibly limited inventory and really high home prices, David took the time to get to know exactly what we were looking for, offering up a ton of suggestions and solutions along the way. His local knowledge of neighborhoods, communities, and schools was incredibly valuable for our young family. And his "DIY" background helped us have a realistic expectations for fixer-up properties and simple renovations alike.

Dave Martin , our relator was very helpful and patient with us. He was very thorough during our showings and took the time to answer all our questions. He also responded to our calls and or texts promptly. I would use him again if we ever had to sell or buy another home.
